Avanish Bhavsar is a Financial Advisor at William Mayer Trading Group, an independent financial advisory firm in the Greenwich, CT. After a fulfilling career as a CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and owner of successful startup companies in the medical industry, Avanish decided to make a change and use his experience and expertise in finance and accounting to help people overcome their financial challenges and prepare for a secure retirement.
He is passionate about developing long-term relationships with his clients to better serve their needs. He specializes in helping those who are nearing retirement or already retired create an income stream that allows them to live comfortably now and into their golden years. Avanish offers smarter index fund options, tax minimization strategies, and creative solutions to build wealth in any market climate as well as preserve wealth in volatile times. He especially enjoys helping small businesses save money on taxes and provide 401(k) plans to their valued employees.
Avanish has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations held through William Mayer Trading Group. He also holds his NC Life and Health insurance licenses.
Avanish lives in Greenwich with his wife, Dawn, and two dogs, LoLo and Kaddi. When he’s not working, you can find him playing golf and finding other ways to stay active. In addition, Avanish loves to give back to his community by coaching travel teams for the Wake County Basketball Association and serving on the First Impressions Host Team at Journey Church.
